After a career in marketing, event management, and as a theatre actress, she decided in 2010 to pursue a path of boundless freedom, leading her to travel to the most exciting places in the world. Today, she is a nomadic yoga teacher, massage therapist, and freedive instructor, empowering other yoga teachers to organize their retreats on the beautiful island of Sardinia. Drawing from her extensive experience as a yoga teacher and leading retreats worldwide and yoga tours in India, she knows precisely what is needed to organize a successful retreat. Her yoga villas are designed to accommodate retreats and are perfectly suited for yoga practice. Through Sardegnaretreat, she has established the largest platform for yoga retreat venues in Sardinia.
